Responsibilities - To lead CXO team in fostering the unit's business development and ensuring delivery of quality customer experience to IBG customers
- To ensure smooth and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders external product partners, etc
- Dedicated to support Institutional Banking Group's Customer experience journey and related initiatives
- To provide management of customer feedback / complaints and related regulatory correspondences
- To handle IBG's non-marketing communications
- To coordinate regular/annual customer engagement surveys and implement corresponding improvement plans
- To embed service culture within IBG and to manage and promote the implementation of RED / Empathy initiatives
- To drive SCM initiatives and facilitate its reporting in both local and regional level
- To provide oversight of the implementation of different product development, sales campaigns and cross-selling / referrals initiatives
- To support IBG COO on ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Requirements: - Degree holder in Business or related discipline
- Good grounding in general banking products, operations and services
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in manager role
- Customer oriented, passion to succeed and good accountability
- Strong responsiveness, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good sense in service quality and event / campaign management
- Thoughtful understanding on service culture / digitalization related training such as RED Belt, HCD Coaching, Business Agile, Digi-Ninja, etc
- With extensive knowledge on banking and financial products
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
