Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
  • Oversee payroll and billing operations for contractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with external payroll service providers to coordinate contractor payroll activities and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Review and validate outsourced payroll reports and invoices to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Act as the key point of contact for payroll-related queries from internal teams and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to support audits, reporting, and month-end closing activities.
  • Continuously monitor and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Prior experience managing both employee and contractor payroll, including vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and billing platforms; experience with outsourced payroll providers is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and review skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required for this position.
