Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Department
Responsibilities
- To achieve personal and departmental sales targets ​according to the Bank's objectives;
- Analyze the needs of local and cross-border customers, formulate expansion plans for target customers, effectively explore potential customers, maintain existing customers, so as to consolidate customer relationships for the sustainable development of the bank;
- Responsible for credit application evaluation, credit application reporting and the authenticity, integrity and compliance of the credit materials, complete the lending and post-loan management;
- Collect information from customers, industries and financial institutions, analyze customers' evaluation of products and services, provide timely feedback to the problems existing in the marketing process, and offer relevant product improvement suggestions;
- Comply with the internal control and risk management of business to ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the bank and regulations of regulatory authorities;
- Responsible for the KYC of account opening and follow-up account annual inspections;
- Responsible for marketing and acceptance of customer settlement and other daily customer maintenance work;
- Familiar with our bank's products and services and actively sell them to customers and timely help customers understand our products.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or above, preferable in Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines;
- At least 6 years working experience in banking industry. Working experience as a cross-border business relationship manager is preferred;
- Familiar with the local market and financial policies and regulations;
- Experience in writing credit report. Proficiency in operating computer office softwares;
- Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Good learning, communication and analysis ability. Good pressure resistance and marketing ability. Have initiatives of solving problems, sense of responsibility and team consciousness.
