As such strict adherence to Central Government Policies and observance of regulatory and internal economic sensitivities is a must. Job Title: Organization Development – Mainland Government Liaison / Communication

Location:  Hong Kong

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in drafting internal policies and corporate documents including business / sector forecasts, plans, summaries, special reports, work proposals, speeches, and regulatory policies.
  • Research and analyze key policy directives from higher authorities and contribute to research projects and special investigations, including giving presentations.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, key meetings, and thematic learning sessions.
  • Support the supervision and follow-up on major tasks and critical initiatives assigned by the company.
  • Engage in corporate culture development, employee engagement, and related group activities.
  • Complete other duties assigned by senior leadership.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong professional ethics, compliance with laws and regulations, exemplary conduct, integrity, and adherence to principles.
  • Full-time bachelors degree or higher; candidates with mainland China experience preferred.
  • Excellent writing skills, theoretical research capabilities, organizational coordination, and verbal communication skills, with a strong team spirit.
  • Good psychological resilience and physical fitness suitable for job requirements, capable of handling high-pressure work environments.
  • Possess the necessary professional knowledge and skills for the role, with proficiency in office software applications.
  • Good command of Mandarin – written and spoken is a must
