AVP/VP, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Department
Key Accountabilities
- Expand and maintain recruitment channels, establish a high - quality employer brand image
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, such as arrange job advertisements, screen profiles, conduct interviews
- Present to the management on hiring justification and seek Management approval
- Manage onboarding procedures and handle documentation, follow up with reference check procedures
- Participate in campus recruitment
- Such other duties as shall be directed by superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- With more than 5 years related experience, deep experience in organizing and managing recruitment work in Hong Kong companies
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized
- Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and respective to new ideas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
