The Role

AVP/VP, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Department

Key Accountabilities

  1. Expand and maintain recruitment channels, establish a high - quality employer brand image
  2. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, such as arrange job advertisements, screen profiles, conduct interviews
  3. Present to the management on hiring justification and seek Management approval
  4. Manage onboarding procedures and handle documentation, follow up with reference check procedures
  5. Participate in campus recruitment
  6. Such other duties as shall be directed by superiors from time to time.

Skills & Experience

  1. Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI
  2. Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  3. With more than 5 years related experience, deep experience in organizing and managing recruitment work in Hong Kong companies
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized
  5. Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and respective to new ideas
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit
  7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
