Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain C# applications and systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to ensure the smooth operation of the systems.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and contribute to developing user interfaces using technologies such as React (experience with React is preferred).
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to compliance and software development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as a C#. NET Developer.
- Strong proficiency in C# development.
- Experience with financial services front office technology is highly desirable.
- Experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks is preferred.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with basic DevOps techniques is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
