They are seeking an experienced Head of Cash Management-Transaction Banking, to spearhead and revolutionise cash management strategies, delivering world-class solutions in instant payments and innovative treasury services to drive market share growth.
Your new role
Your key responsibilities are as below:
- Design and implement forward-thinking cash management strategies to enhance liquidity, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Align initiatives with business goals to strengthen leadership in transaction banking.
- Lead advancements in instant payments and digital payment ecosystems to meet diverse client needs.
- Leverage state-of-the-art technology to provide seamless and secure cross-border payment solutions.
- Continually refine product offerings to enhance global operational efficiency and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Identify emerging market opportunities to accelerate market share growth.
- Craft competitive market positioning strategies to establish the organisation as a leader in cash management.
- Integrate blockchain technologies to enhance transaction efficiency and security.
- Motivate and guide a team of experts to deliver exceptional service and create innovative client solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal policies.
- Maintain robust risk management practices across all cash management and treasury operations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have at least 15+ years of relevant product management experience in cash management across global payments, treasury solutions and liquidity management. Team management experience coupled with drive and a strategic mindset is a must. A tertiary degree with excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise would be required.
