The financial institution is looking for a highly experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in compliance management and will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the compliance framework.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8-12+ years of experience in compliance management within the financial services industry.
