PWM Product Manager (Fixed Income & Debt Securities)

Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for Fixed Income Products to enhance market competitiveness and increase product penetration within the Retail and PWM segments.
• Effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders regarding fixed income product information and with external counterparties on pricing, liquidity, and market updates.
• Stay informed about market developments and identify areas that may impact bond market performance.
• Participate in due diligence and ongoing monitoring of Fixed Income Products throughout their lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Comply with internal and regulatory guidelines for product approval, development, and implementation.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product development or business experience in fixed income products.
• Minimum of 5 years product development experience, with exposure to due diligence processes, ongoing product lifecycle monitoring, and new product ideas.
• Strong market awareness and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
