Your new role
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandrin
- Diploma or above
