Your new role - Monthly Reporting:Prepare headcount and expense summaries, comparing actuals against set targets/goals
- Weekly Updates: Ensure programme materials are kept current by collaborating with relevant teams
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Accounting & Finance teams on project updates, data management, IT needs, and budget tracking
- Vendor Management: Handle vendor-related tasks, including preparing RFPs, ACRs, and securing necessary approvals
- Change Management: Lead a monthly forum to review and assess change requests within A&F
- Project Leadership: Take charge of ad-hoc initiatives, including programme-related or other business projects as needed
What you'll need to succeed - Experience: Proven program/project management background, preferably within the insurance industry
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjust strategies as needed, and engage effectively with senior leadership
