This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple priorities.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage travel logistics and itineraries for executives.
- Maintain organised files and records for easy access.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by executives.

*Qualifications:*
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role within financial services firms, ideally Chinese FS firm.
- Stable track record of working experience.
- Familiarity with simplified Chinese reporting and presentation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
