Job Description:
My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, primarily focusing on accounts payable and handling claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
- Handle staff claims, ensuring accurate filing, processing, and timely reimbursement.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment and claim-related queries.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits.
- Support the Finance and Operations team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and claims handling.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; fluency in spoken Chinese is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP Concur) is a plus.
