Your new role - Develop candidate pipeline through various channels including internet research, cold/ warm calling, networking, referrals and other sourcing tools
- Conduct market mapping and other market intelligence projects
- Prepare pipeline reports and people movement newsletter on a regular basis
- Update and maintain candidate database
- Provide administrative support
- Keep abreast of industry trends and activities in recruiting market developments, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as a Researcher within a recruitment agency or in a similar role in the banking/financial industry
- Experience in private banking / wealth management recruiting preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
