Your new role - Coordinate and initiate projects to meet internal and external requirements.
- Gather user requirements
- Manage stakeholders
- Coordinate and perform UAT with users and IT
- Prepare training sessions for users
- Support and handle users' enquiries
What you'll need to succeed - Degree holder in finance or business stream
- Working experience in Insurance or Banking preferred
- Experience in business analysis
- Knowledge of Insurance products and operations
- Good team player
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
