Our client is a leading financial institution dedicated to innovation and excellence in the industry. They are seeking a Development Lead to guide their development team in delivering exceptional applications and solutions.
Your new role
- Work closely with Business Analysts to define and refine functional design and solutions.
- Lead a team in developing frontend web and backend API projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure quality through code reviews and performance evaluations.
- Create technical specifications and testing plans while optimizing performance with the team.
- Oversee low-code platform application development and mentor junior team members.
What you'll need to succeed
- A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT development.
- Strong proficiency in OutSystems, with relevant certifications preferred.
- Extensive experience with .NET and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and low-code platform management.
- Knowledge of UIPath, IIS, and MSSQL is advantageous; PMP certification is a plus.
