Your new company A top-tier local insurer is looking for a Key Person in Control to lead a team to look after regulatory compliance and external inspections.
Your new role
Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines set by the Insurance Authority and other regulatory bodies.
Act as the primary point of contact with the Insurance Authority, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely communication and reporting.
Lead and mentor a small team of compliance professionals, fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure operational excellence.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to ensure awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
Oversee compliance monitoring activities and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in compliance within the insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's regulatory environment and insurance.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
