Your new role We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk Manager to join our banking client in Hong Kong. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about tech risk management in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee technology risk management frameworks and policies.
Perform risk assessments on IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
Implement risk issue management procedures to ensure the required policies and guidelines are enforced in daily operation.
Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory standards, including HKMA guidelines.
Plan and work with the technology team and any concerning parties on technology-related initiatives.
Perform review and/or security assessment on the related initiatives
Key Requirements
- University graduates with major in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines, with professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CREST, CPSA / CRT, CEH are preferred.
- Proven experience in technology risk management within banking or financial institutions.
- Solid experience in handling technical information / cybersecurity issues and a good understanding of business processes and related regulations, including HKMA TM-G-1, TM-G-2, SA-2, C-RAF, STDB, SFC, PDPO, etc.
