  • A sizeable bank is seeking an experienced and dynamic Complaint Case Handler. You will be responsible for supporting the team in handling cases from regulators and different channels. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all complaints are resolved efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your new role
  • Responsible for handling general and escalated verbal and written complaint cases via different channels.
  • Handle escalated complaints from regulators, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve complaint handling processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve complaints.
  • Monitor and report on complaint trends and outcomes to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in complaint handling, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in communicating in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and complaint handling processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex cases with professionalism.
