Your new company Our business partner is a reputable wholesale bank that is seeking an experienced Merchant Acquisition Relationship Manager to lead and manage major accounts to ensure successful onboarding of the business.
Your new role As an experienced member in the team, you will be responsible for:
- Achieve annual and multi-year revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline with regular weekly updates on all opportunities.
- Lead and manage major accounts to ensure successful onboarding.
- Understand local and regional payment products and card scheme regulations.
- Support large, strategic, multi-product projects.
- Identify and expand into new business segments.
- Develop and manage partnerships.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have at least 5 years of relevant banking or equivalent experience in the payments on credit card business, with exposure to merchant acquisition. A proven track record in managing clients (e.g., eCommerce, enterprise sales) with expertise in sales and project leadership would be required. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required to manage a diversified portfolio.
