Main Responsibilities:
• Work with front-line staff in account opening and client onboarding process, including review documents, review CDD data and reports, conduct media search, collaboration of SoW and follow up the process and manage those tasks complete in expected timeframe with good quality.
• Work with front-line sales in CDD reviews (regular review, review upon trigger events and review triggered by internal or external alert) and ensure timely completion with good quality.
• Review database to ensure the quality of CDD, customer data input and account opening.
• Perform on-going transaction monitoring as defined in relevant guidelines and prepare MIS report.
• Establishing and implementing frameworks / guidelines / procedures concerning account opening, client onboarding, CDD review, on-going transaction monitoring and AML control.
• Participate / take lead in system development projects.

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in handling CDD, client onboarding and account review process as well as transaction monitoring in financial institution.
• Knowledge in relevant regulations related to CDD, client onboarding, account review and transaction monitoring.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Good analytical skills and self-motivated.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
