  • Coordinate with the company's IT Team to oversee the company's information security, data governance, and other related tasks.
  • Regarding information security or IT-related work, the position does not require direct management of servers, networks, or other IT infrastructure, as those will be handled by BOCHK IT Department. Requirements:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks according to their urgency and importance, ensuring timely completion.
  • Writing skills (mainly Chinese documents), proficiency in Word and PPT would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in both in Mandarin and Cantonese would be highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VBA) will be a plus.
