- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration, engagement, and continuous growth.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in identifying operational risks and implementing effective control mechanisms to enhance compliance.
- Manage strategic projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in cash management and project management within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
