Overview:
My client is a renowned commercial bank with extensive networks in Asia, and they are looking for an independent Relationship Manager with solid networks in local conglomerates.
Your New Role:
- Develop and manage the assigned portfolio for real estate developers, property funds and conglomerates to meet targeted performance KPI
- Ensure a high-quality loan portfolio through prudent credit assessment.
- Conduct credit due diligence and ensure asset quality.
- Prepare and recommend credit applications, securing approval for new and existing customers with credit facilities tailored to their needs.
- Cross-sell a broad range of banking products, including treasury and wealth management services.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA are preferred.
- At least 5 years of solid coverage experience in corporate banking, particularly in local corporate, conglomerate, and real estate developers' sectors
- Strong knowledge of corporate loans and treasury products, with strong credit analysis skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
