We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Associate / Manager to drive deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution within the web3 space. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in the industry and excel in conducting research and analyzing market dynamics to identify emerging trends.
Your new role
- Drive business development and sales efforts, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution.
- Assist in the execution of partnership and incubation projects, liaising and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate prospective web3 projects.
- Collect the latest intelligence and analyze cryptocurrency market dynamics to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Engage in industry events and professional networks to strengthen market presence and establish strategic relationships with projects, investors, exchanges, and market influencers.
- Prepare investment memos, management presentations, and other reports for senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- More than 3 years of professional experience in the web3 industry.
- Strong self-motivation to continuously expand industry network and maintain professional relationships across the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- A good problem-solver with a proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of execution in a fast-paced cryptocurrency environment.
- Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
- Strong interest in the latest technology (e.g., Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence).
