About the Role

Contribute from customer experience enhancements through customers and channels feedback collection and driving positive changes and to support Company's client service and business development initiatives. This role will take charge of the building and sustaining of effective planning tools. The incumbent is also required to work closely with CS Strategy team and AIAHK Proposition Office to ensure CS's planning tools are appropriately developed.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement marketing campaigns to promote the business and build awareness of CS brand to capture business opportunities and support business growth;
  • Manage content marketing across digital platforms, including member newsletter and social media posts; responsible to improve and optimize contents to meet the performance expectation;
  • Work closely with marketing team and/or agencies to drive high standard of deliverables;
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI & KPIs;
  • Collaborate with relevant parties and manage suppliers to ensure quality deliverables in a cost-effective manner and smooth launch of marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on the review, compliance and clearance procedures;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to align communications efforts with business objectives and support product launches, events, and initiatives
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
  • University / college graduate with at least 15 years' relevant working experiences
  • Marketing/ Promotion/ Communications related experience is a must.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good presentation, communication and attention to details.
  • Good team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skill.
  • Experience in insurance promotion or marketing is an advantage.
  • Familiar with computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
