Job Description:
We are assisting a well-known bank to find a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Bank Teller. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of teller experience and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions
- Handle cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions
- Provide information and assistance regarding bank products and services
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly
- Maintain and balance cash drawers
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of teller experience (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
