Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join a renowned bank, specializing in the Public Sector and Education segments. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to drive growth and deepen client relationships within universities and public sector organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers in the Public Sector and Education sectors.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining a strong portfolio of existing clients.
- Offer tailored financial solutions that meet the specific needs of clients, including cash management, payment services, and other banking products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and compliance, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare and execute account strategies, including credit applications and risk monitoring.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand evolving business needs and provide customized solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years as an independent Corporate Relationship Manager, with at least 2 recent years focused on universities or the Public Sector.
- Proven ability to source and manage clients independently.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services relevant to the Public Sector and Education.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive client-focused mindset, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
