Job Description:
My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This new headcount will play a crucial role in managing HR operations across Greater China, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HR operations for Greater China, including Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with local laws and corporate standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Conduct performance management and employee relations activities.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to drive initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Greater China.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Greater China.
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations in Mainland China.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
