Job Description: My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This new headcount will play a crucial role in managing HR operations across Greater China, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee HR operations for Greater China, including Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with local laws and corporate standards.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Conduct performance management and employee relations activities.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to drive initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Greater China.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Greater China.
- Proven track record in managing HR operations in Mainland China.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
