Head of Global Markets, Treasury

Role:

• Conduct trading and manage the full cycle of operations and settlements for interbank FX, Fixed Income, and MM transactions, including support and reporting tasks.
• Oversee and guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure all transactions comply with HKMA/Regulatory standards and monitor their accuracy and completeness.
• Lead and participate in Treasury Trading and Settlement projects, such as system upgrades.

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of experience in Treasury, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role.
• Must possess SFC Type 1 and 4 licenses and have unconditional RO status.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of treasury products and market practices, with experience in Settlement & Confirmation processes (SWIFT, RTGS, Euroclear, Clearstream, CMU).
• Proficient in Putonghua, Chinese, and English.
• Skilled in using Bloomberg, Microsoft Office, and other PC applications.
• Holding a professional certification under ECF/QF from industry institutes or professional bodies is advantageous.
