VP / Director, Institutional Sales (Global Markets)

Responsibilities:

• Promote, distribute and cross sell the Company's products including fixed income, structured products, and/ or equities, etc. to institutional clients
• Help build the institutional client franchise and expand client base
• Keep abreast of market developments and products and integrate understanding of markets, events and research views into actionable ideas and recommendations for institutional clients

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in institutional sales
• Degree and above in business-related disciplines
• Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales results
• Client focus and with an excellent knowledge in equity market products
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven and a good team player
• Spoken Mandarin and written Chinese required
