Cyber Security Tech Project Manager – Leading Financial Institution

Drive enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives as a Cyber Security Tech Project Manager, ensuring critical security projects are successfully planned, executed, and delivered. This role demands strong project management expertise to coordinate complex security efforts, mitigate risks, and align cybersecurity objectives with business goals.

Salary: HK$65k - HK$90k per month, 5 days work


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure cybersecurity initiatives align with business needs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Manage diverse stakeholders—including IT, security teams, business leaders, and external vendors—to drive consensus and ensure smooth execution.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Agile & Traditional Project Execution: Lead projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure timely delivery while adapting to evolving requirements.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee financial aspects of cybersecurity projects, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with cybersecurity and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Extensive experience managing cybersecurity projects within financial services or large enterprises.
  • Expertise in Data Protection, Identity and Access Management, Threat & Vulnerability Management domains.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities to navigate cybersecurity challenges.
