A Well Established Foreign Bank is looking for Analyst/ Maker to join their Remittance and Account Opening Operations team.
Your new role
- Execute inward and outward remittance processes, cheque clearing and account opening.
- Manage daily transactions, including internal transfers, time deposits, cheque deposits, cheque clearing, and FPS.
- Deliver exceptional customer service professionally, including performing callbacks, handling internal and external inquiries, and addressing service requests.
- Process customer instructions such as audit confirmations, and bank confirmations.
- Remain vigilant for suspicious money laundering activities by verifying blacklist records.
- Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience with corporate payment/ remittance operations and cheque clearing;
- Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
- Good command and communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
