Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project delivery to meet business requirements - including product launch, operational efficiency uplift, strategic projects and other regulatory/compliance related initiatives.
• Project portfolio management - including resource planning, effort estimations and prioritization.
• Liaise with business team members and C-suite levels on delivery timeline, cost and scope.
• Ensure the completeness of functional requirements collected from various business users and the quality of technology deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or related subjects;
• 5-8 years working experience in project management in insurance company with successful track records;
• Experience in leading large scale program is highly desirable;
• Certification on project management (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP) is highly preferred;
• Strong organisational skills and proven capacity to develop and implement initiatives / projects;
• Able to work well with superiors, co-workers and external team members;
• Capable of working independently and proactive to work on the project
