Procurement Manager - Renovation, Relocation, Refurbishment | 65-75k Your new company
Our client is a reputable financial institution.
Your new role
- Oversee all daily contractual and commercial matters, including preparing tenders, managing the RFP process, analysing bids, drafting and awarding contracts, negotiating terms, and administering contracts, along with strategic vendor management.
- Create sourcing strategies by identifying opportunities in demand management, supplier consolidation, and process improvements, while ensuring alignment across the company's operations.
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing and commercial conditions.
- Assist in formulating global procurement strategies and address specific tax, regulatory, or other constraints.
- Create, review, and approve purchase orders and facilitate vendor onboarding in Ariba.
- Prepare management presentations that outline team progress, potential risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years of procurement experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in huge scale procurement project
- Proficient in Ariba and MS Office skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
