Senior Recruiter

Job Duties:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for quantitative research and trading roles in APAC, ensuring alignment with regional growth goals
• Utilize your professional network and sourcing expertise to identify and engage top-tier talent across APAC and Europe
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through direct sourcing, referrals, and strategic partnerships with external recruitment agencies
• Manage the full hiring process via the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience
• Serve as a strategic advisor by delivering market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor benchmarking to hiring managers and leadership

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in quantitative finance, investment, or trading-either in-house or at a top-tier executive search firm
• Deep talent network across APAC and a consistent track record of building long-term candidate relationships
• Experience working closely with external search partners to drive efficient and effective hiring outcomes
• Strong command of recruitment platforms and tools, with particular expertise in Greenhouse and LinkedIn
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and market data to inform recruiting strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple searches with accuracy and urgency
