IT Governance Lead (Cyber Mapping)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the review and enhancement of the IT governance framework to align with corporate goals.
• Create and implement IT governance policies, processes, and guidelines for effective oversight.
• Facilitate communication between the IT Department and business units on governance initiatives.
• Ensure alignment across IT for standard practices and enhance office automation with intelligent tools.
• Propose innovative ideas to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Execute an annual training plan for department staff.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Deliverables:

• Complete the Cyber mapping exercise per HKMA requirements within the set timeframe.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures for various projects.
• Support other project plans as directed by supervisors.

• Education: University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT management or IT governance, risk, and compliance.
• Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of technology risk management and compliance.
  • Familiarity with software development, project planning, and management.
  • Experience managing a configuration management database is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (fluent in English preferred; Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and manage tasks proactively.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MIS Reporting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., HKMA TM-G-1, TM-G-2, PDPO, PCI-DSS).
