Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced sales trader with a proven track record within Cash Equities in Hong Kong;
· Responsible for the development and expansion for institutional client base, especially fund houses and other institutional investors
· Responsible for the completion of all sales tasks of the company which include both IPO underwriting and secondary market placement
· Responsible for business development of secondary market trading by institutional clients
· Manage overall equity business in HK, including institutional and private client sales team
· Provide professional investment advice to institutional investors on HK and overseas market
· Provide sales services and account management job for major institutional clients
· Involve in due diligence and structuring of primary/secondary equity fund-raising activities
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience as institutional sales , preferably with equities
* Experience working for both IPO underwriting and secondary market placement
* Familiar with Bloomberg and Fidessa
* Candidates with a transferable institutional and corporate client base are preferred
