Job Description: My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Team Lead for Talent Acquisition to join their HR team. This role will be pivotal in driving the recruitment strategy and managing the talent acquisition process to attract top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment processes in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
