Job Responsibilities:
  • Participate in office administrative optimization projects, analyze existing administrative processes, and propose improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with different departments to promote cross - departmental projects, communicate and coordinate effectively to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
  • Cooperate with bank administrative and project - related work, such as assisting in the implementation of bank - specific administrative regulations and participating in bank - related projects.
  • Be responsible for handling office administrative tasks, such as office supplies management, office facilities maintenance, and daily office environment management, staff administrative matters, etc.
  • Support the management's administrative work, including arranging travels, meetings, preparing meeting materials, and following - up on meeting decisions.
  • Serve as an administrator for financial systems, bank administrative systems, and business systems. This includes user account management, system operation monitoring, and handling basic system - related issues, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as instructed.
Job Requirements:
