Our client is a prestigious organization in Hong Kong who is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or junior IT professionals to gain hands-on experience in IT support, working on impactful projects in a professional environment.
Your new role
- Provide deskside support with a focus on Windows 11 upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware and software issues.
- Assist with system configurations, installations, and upgrades.
- Maintain and document support activities and provide user guidance.
What you'll need to succeed
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with relevant IT/helpdesk support internship experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows OS and IT hardware/software.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
