Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and perform marketing initiatives tailored to dormant and potential customers.
  2. Work with relevant parties to provide customized training sessions for the sales team on need basis; regularly extract successful sales cases, and organize learning sessions to facilitate better communications within the sales team.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to provide coaching, performance improvement guidance, and role-playing exercises for low-performing Relationship Managers and new sales hires.
  4. Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various brand marketing campaigns and cross-border collaboration events based on the needs of clients, the sales team, and other stakeholders. Manage relationships with vendors and resource providers.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to design and establish a customer stratification system and account management standards based on current practices; Dynamically manage the systems, and drive optimization and upgrade of the relevant systems to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the department.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above from top-tier domestic or international institutions. Majors in finance, accounting, management, etc. are preferred.
  2. Prior experience in securities firms or private banking/wealth management preferred. Candidates with both middle-office and frontline sales experience are highly desirable.
  3. Have extensive experience in customer segment management and event planning, with strong communication and coordination skills. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  4. SFC Type 1 license holder preferred.
