My client is a Fintech firm and they are looking for a Senior Executive, responsible for managing and optimizing the company's operational processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role involves strategic planning, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the company's operational activities align with its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including product development, customer service, administration, etc.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present operational reports to the CEO, setting and tracking performance goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Internal Control: Develop and strengthen interal control and organizational resilience.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Solid background in Financial services/ Fintech; A senior leadership role in Fintech is a MUST
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
