Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a multidisciplinary finance team, ensuring seamless collaboration across payments, treasury, trading, and reporting.  
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the firm's business goals and regulatory compliance.  
• Spearhead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, offering actionable insights for senior management.  
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SFC standards and maintain robust internal controls.  
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.  
• Drive initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and enhance financial systems.  
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) highly preferred.  
• Background in Chinese financial institutions and Big 4 is strongly preferred
• Extensive experience in the financial services or securities industry
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong's regulatory landscape  
• Proven team management and leadership experience with a focus on collaboration and results.  
• Strong managerial, strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
