We are on the hunt for an entrepreneurial Head of Marketing for a fast-growing digital finance company. If you're a proven marketeer with a passion for growing a business and revolutionising personal finance, this is a role for you.
THE ROLE - Demonstrate strong understanding of APAC, customer segments, and consumer finance trends to develop integrated marketing strategies.
- Localize and scale brand and product marketing to drive awareness, acquisition, and usage among consumers.
- Own and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, partnerships, PR, and community-building initiatives.
- Leverage performance marketing to drive growth.
THE REQUIREMENTS - Minimally 10 years of proven track record in marketing. A mix of experience in FinTech, digital banking, start ups and financial services is essential.
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies in lean environments.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition, with a data-informed approach.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to build from scratch.
- Strong proficiency in verbal and written English.
