Role Junior Consultant - Change Management & User Adoption Profile The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in change management, user adoption, or business consulting, with a strong background in content creation and communication. Exposure to ERP, EPM, or SaaS-based business transformations is a plus.
We are looking for a proactive and creative consultant who can simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content to support user communication, learning and system adoption.
Project Delivery - Supporting customers in change management and user adoption for their digital transformation project.
- Assisting in the creation of engaging content (PowerPoint presentations, short reels, and videos) to support user learning and communication.
- Collaborating with Solution teams to ensure user experience and training materials align with business requirements.
Skills & Experience - Exposure to change management and user adoption in ERP, EPM, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong content creation skills, including:
- Professional PowerPoint presentations for executive and end-user training.
- Short reels and video content for communication and user learning.
- Engaging training materials (guides, FAQs, infographics).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language.
- Understanding of business applications and IT systems.
- A positive attitude towards change and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to work in a virtual team and collaborate across different functions.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
