Role JD Edwards Real Estate Management (REM) Consultant - APAC Project Job Summary We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Real Estate Management (REM) Consultant for an APAC-based project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in implementing JDE REM solutions and working with the real estate management module in JD Edwards, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - JDE REM Implementation: Lead and support the full lifecycle of JDE Real Estate Management (REM) implementation, including configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- System Integration: Integrate JD Edwards REM with other JD Edwards modules such as Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring the system meets business needs.
- Training & Support: Provide user training and post-go-live support to ensure effective system adoption and issue resolution.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful and timely implementation.
Skills & Qualifications - Experience: 4-5 years of experience with JD Edwards Real Estate Management (REM) implementations.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in JDE REM configuration, lease management, and integration with other JD Edwards modules.
- Languages: Proficiency in Cantonese and English is preferred.
- Location: Preference for on-site candidates, but remote candidates with strong JDE REM implementation experience will be considered.
- Duration: 1 to 1.5 years engagement.
- Rate: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Local rates for candidates based in Hong Kong.
- Work Environment: Preference for on-site work, but remote work will be considered if the candidate has significant experience with JD Edwards REM.
