Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or cloud operations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in public cloud (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud or GCP) including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Pulumi.
- Strong experience in cloud networking, VPC design, VPNs, and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Hands-on experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
What you will do
1)Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructures.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization projects, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and compliance.
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Provide consultation and manage stakeholders at the C-suite level.
2)Deployment & Operations
- Manage the full lifecycle of cloud environments, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and documentation.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployments and updates.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
3)Security & Compliance
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and network security.
- Support compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS benchmarks.
4)Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cloud project execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical enablement sessions for internal teams.
