Our client, a Leading Property MNC is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as a senior business analyst and scrum master. In this role, this person will drive agile transformation and, ensure smooth delivery of large-scale project.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications
  • Execute UAT to support project roll-out
  • Liaise with Business users, vendor and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
  • Provide weekly status update with technical detail to IT operation teams
  • Provide business and functional analysis to determine if a solution has fulfilled the business and operational
  • Facilitating Scrum Events and removing impediments of project delivery
  • Promoting Collaboration among teams
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst
  • Experience in enterprise level projects, especially in Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Experience in driving agile practice
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
