About the role
As a Procurement Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a vital role in vendor management, liased with various stakeholders and risk management for non-IT categories.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize procurement processes for non-IT categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication and negotiation.
- Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for procurement activities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures and identify potential risks in the supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management for non- IT categories.
- Proficient in Coupa procurement application is highly preferrable
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
